Platform Purpose

PilotLinker is a peer-to-peer networking platform that enables pilots and Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) to discover one another for time-building partnerships, safety pilot arrangements, and local flying coordination.

PilotLinker is not a flight school, flight broker, aircraft operator, charter service, or aviation service provider. PilotLinker does not arrange, schedule, supervise, or take responsibility for any flight operations, aircraft, or agreements made between users.

User Responsibility

By using PilotLinker, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining current, valid FAA certificates, ratings, and medical certificates required for your intended flight activities
• Ensuring adequate aircraft renter's insurance or owner's insurance coverage before flying
• Verifying the airworthiness of any aircraft you operate, in compliance with 14 CFR Part 91
• Accurately recording all flight time in your logbook in accordance with FAA regulations
• Independently verifying the credentials, currency, and suitability of any pilot you connect with through PilotLinker
• Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local aviation laws and regulations

PilotLinker does not verify pilot certificates, ratings, medical certificates, insurance coverage, or any other credential. Users engage with one another at their own risk.

No Operational Liability

PilotLinker bears no responsibility or liability for any flight operation, accident, incident, injury, property damage, or loss arising from connections made through this platform. All flights are conducted solely under the authority and responsibility of the pilots involved.

Conduct Rules

Users agree not to:

• Misrepresent their certificates, ratings, experience, or currency
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent availability listings
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use PilotLinker for any unlawful purpose or in violation of FAA regulations
• Attempt to circumvent platform security or access data belonging to other users

PilotLinker reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Account Termination

PilotLinker may suspend or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct harmful to the community, or for any other reason with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PilotLinker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of life, personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or loss of revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the platform or any flight activity facilitated through it.

PilotLinker is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
